The Maryland Terrapins’ recruiting dominance of the DMV area continued on Wednesday, when H.D Woodson High School (D.C.) three-star cornerback Noah Boykin announced his commitment to the Terps.
Boykin becomes the Terps’ 14th class of 2018 commit, 12 of whom hail from either Washington D.C., Maryland or Virginia. He joins high school teammate Vincent Flythe as the first cornerbacks of Maryland’s 2018 recruiting class.
Maryland is on track to produce its best recruiting class since joining the Big Ten, with a 2018 class ranked No. 17 in the nation and No. 3 among Big Ten schools, according to 247Sports.
247Sports ranks Boykin as the third-best prospect in Washington D.C. and the 47th best cornerback nationally.
