Maryland continues to dominate the recruiting trails in the DMV.
Brian Cobbs, a three-star wide receiver from Hayfield Secondary School in Fairfax,Virginia announced his commitment to Maryland on Tuesday on his Twitter account.

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound wide receiver chose the Terps over Virginia, Temple, NC State, along with other schools.
He will now join with Friendship Collegiate Academy (D.C.) wide receiver Dontay Demus Jr to strengthen Maryland’s wide receiving unit.
Cobbs becomes the 11th commitment in the 2018 class and Maryland now jumps up one spot from 25th to 24th in football recruiting, according to 247sports.com
Maryland also has eight commits from the DMV area in the 2018 class and will continue to look to add more.
